Yummy (and super easy!) Snack

I babysat three of the munchkins today and the oldest (8 yrs old) loves to craft and bake. Needless to say we have tons of fun together! Today while his younger brother and sister were napping we decided to make a snack. We made cinnamon and sugar pita chips. It was so easy and he loved making them. The other two enjoyed eating them when they got up too. And so did we!
Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips
Flour tortilla shell
Spray Butter or Cooking Spray
Cinnamon
Sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Break up tortilla shell into "chip size" pieces and spread out on ungreased baking sheet.
Spray with spray butter or cooking spray. Sprinkle mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.
Cook at 350 degrees for 6 to 9 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!

I Have a Kitchen!

I have a kitchen (and a stove too)! And I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am about it! I was able to do minimal cooking on the truck. I had a cooker the size of a lunchbox that would heat up to 350 degrees. Prep work was a little difficult, but I loved that I could make a hot meal. Now that we're no longer on the truck I have a full size kitchen, oven, fridge, sink, etc I think you catch my drift. I have had so much fun making dinners and desserts. I just love to cook and bake. Teriyaki chicken, garlic rice, and broccoli are on the menu for tonight!

Call A Princess

I just found the cutest thing online. Target has this free program going on where you can have a Disney Princess call your little princess! You can choose from Cinderella, Jazmin, Belle, Tiana, Ariel, or Aurora. My two little nieces loved it!

Back Home

Well, it's been 2 months since Mom passed away. My emotions have been on a bit of a roller coaster. I still miss her and have my "sad moments" but for the most part I'm doing better :)
Although Myles and I have really enjoyed trucking and traveling God has made it really clear that we need to be back home with our family. So, long story short, we're back in south Florida. DH'Elegance (my Etsy store) is back online and I'm excited to be playing with glass again! I also really missed cooking and I'm enjoying having a full kitchen and stove. I love making yummy food. And the most exciting thing about being back is my family! We've been able to go to Lil's 3rd birthday party and hang out with all of the munchkins. I am so thankful for my family and I'm really glad to be back. I also can't wait to hang out with some of my friends too!
